Shekoukou: RPG Game

Meet the hero who will kill the spider and save the girl!

The game is created using Unreal Engine’s Blueprints. Below is an example of what the Blueprints look like for the playable character, with a zoom in on one function to show an example of the logic used. In the background, these blueprints generate C++ code to control the game’s logic.

The textures, objects, and characters are created using Adobe Fuse and animations are created using Mixamo. The map and scene were designed with Unreal Engine’s editor.

The main character – Shekoukou – can move around and jump, he can pick up weapons, armor and consumables and equip or use them from his inventory. He can attack and can level up when he reaches certain locations, when he earns points from leveling up, his stamina or health can be improved, or he can unlock abilities such as high jump, flying, and so on.
